How do I reprogram the frequencies in my Solo, Duo or Trio talkback units?

I am trying to reprogram my DUO and I cannot read back from it with an attached dongle cable.

What is the wiring of the SOLO, DUO and TRIO frequency programming dongles. I want to make my own.

We have recently purchased the Duo intercom system with ASL HS-1/D headphones. Is the sound level produced by the headphones limited a particular level? We normally have our talkback headphones limited at 88dB.
