Wood & Douglas has grown from early beginnings designing and manufacturing radio communication building blocks to now providing a complete radio frequency design service to our clients.

This has lead to an evolution in how we approach turnkey bespoke projects.

Having made the decision to trust Wood & Douglas with a project, the client needs to know that there is a plan and that this is being adhered to.  Without this comfort the best design in the whole world is of little value, particularly if it arrives months too late.

Extensive use is made of project tracking software, risk registers, reporting routines etc to ensure the client knows what is happening, when it is happening and should there be any bad news, it is known early on so the problem can be addressed before it becomes a crisis.
